icrypto.money (the “Service”) is a non-custodial wallet interface. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
icrypto.money is a static web application that lets your browser generate and use cryptographic key material to interact with public blockchains. The Service runs in your browser. No server we operate ever sees, stores, or has the technical capability to recover your private keys, your seed phrase, or your balance.
We are not a custodian. We do not hold customer funds. We do not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or money transmitter. We are not a bank. We do not provide investment advice. We do not match counterparties. Where the Service routes a swap, the swap is executed against an on-chain decentralised exchange aggregator (currently 0x); we do not take custody of either side of the trade at any point.
The Service charges 0.25-0.35% on swap transactions, paid to a treasury address controlled by the operator. This fee is disclosed in the Service interface and named here. Network gas fees are paid by you to the underlying blockchain validators and are not part of our fee.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every form of attack.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is operated by a UK-resident individual based in the Republic of Cyprus. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
Where the Service is treated as a crypto-asset service under EU Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, we operate within the framework applicable to non-custodial software interfaces. See the crypto-asset risk warning required by ESMA for retail users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes will be flagged in the Service interface for at least seven days before they take effect.
